Throughout 2022, Jordan Brand has gone all-in on the green, from their joint collection with Eastside Golf to reinventing its classic color blocking to the retooled concepts. Now, the Air Jordan 1 Low will be available in a variety of colorways, including this strong purple look.
This footwear successfully combines fashion with function
Dark and intense purple colours emanate from the surrounding overlays, creating a “Purple Smoke” that extends across the forefoot’s nubuck and the Swoosh, and a “Cave Purple” that wraps around the heel counter. These hues are centered on a white midfoot panel that is clean and crisp. The opposite end vamp has a reflective luminous film applied to it, and it is embossed with a winged symbol that says “University Blue.” Underfoot, the pair completes in a simplified aesthetic in contrast to the upper’s collection of colours, merging a clad white midsole in concert with the latter purples reconstructed tread. This is in contrast to the upper, which features a variety of colors.
