In an effort to stop the rumors about the mid-top version of the Air Jordan 1, Jordan Brand has released a lot of 3/4 cut variations in the past year. From classic colors to odd combinations, the new Jordan 1 Mid brings to mind the Seattle Seahawks’ color scheme from the 2000s.
The new sneaker appears to be both fashionable and comfortable
The upper parts of the shoe, like the mudguard, quarter overlay, heel collar, and back tab, are mostly shaded in forest green, while the ankle collar and Swoosh have dark navy blue accents that work together. The two-tone design is anchored by classic white leather, which also covers the laces, the inside lining, and the trefoil wing logo. Extending from the back of the shoe, the midnight blue color is used for the construction of the tongue and the outsole underfoot.
Overall, the Jordan 1 Mid has been a good addition to this year’s Air Jordan releases. Jordan Brand tries to bring back old-school silhouettes as new-school releases. The Jordan 1 Mid is a good example of this. Even though the sneaker has changed, it still has a very classic feel.
