Giannis Antetokounmpo’s journey, like many others, started out small. He and his brother shared a pair of Kobe 6s, and he built his own brand with The Swoosh. So, he and the Bucks’ run to the 2021 NBA Finals were also the start of Antetokounmpo’s affordable line of signature silhouettes. Its second chapter is now coming to a close with a “Hot Punch” design on the Nike Giannis Immortality 2.

The shoe’s identity comes from the upper’s color blocking
With the exception of a pristine white midsole and marbled tread filled with the namesake “Hot Punch” and “Laser Orange” hues on both pairs, the uppers of each foot begin to differ in their color blocking. The left foot wears a simple grey base layer with a colorful orange/red outfit emphasized by its tongue, pull tabs, laces, and medial side mesh panel, while the right foot flips the latter for a vibrant base and monochrome detailing. In conclusion, each insole provides a color match to its surrounding upper and sock liner, and each shoe’s Swooshes on the outside of the shoe and the embroidery on the tongue are done in a golden yellow color.

Conclusion
Nike and Giannis Antetokounmpo worked together to make a pair of shoes that are unlike any other. Even though it’s rare to see two different pairs of shoes in the same pack, we think both are great, even though they couldn’t be more different from each other.
