As the Nike Air Force 1 keeps celebrating its 40th anniversary, the silhouette keeps trying out new colorways, materials, and partners. Recently, Bruce Kilgore’s famous design came out in a variety of materials and patterns, giving it even more ways to be worn.
This design is much more than just a plain black sneaker
Even though most of the shoe’s upper is a simple black color, the new pair makes a statement with its different parts. The forefoot, midfoot, and heel are all made of quilted fabric with honeycomb and grid-like patterns. The stitching between each panel is a different primary color for a touch of style. Profile swooshes, overlays along the tongue, and the tongue and upper heel area all stand out from their simple surroundings with multicolored swaths of satin, checkerboard, and other materials and patterns. Kilgore’s design gets a touch of luxury from the metallic gold finish on the dubraes of the lace. The bottom of the Air Force 1 Low is simple and off-white, which lets the top half of the shoe shine.
The designers at Nike were used to the challenge of making sure that their sneakers always looked stylish and recognizable. This was done by adding a unique touch to each design. People will definitely be interested in the new Air Force 1 Low.
