As Jordan Brand prepares its Spring offerings, the Beaverton-based company is looking to introspective themes to guide the design components of the future releases. Robert Herrick’s poem To The Virgins, to Make Much of Time, which Robin Williams used in the movie Dead Poets Society, was the main source of inspiration for the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Floral Bed.”

This model’s color scheme and details are pleasing to the eye
Floral and pastel colours engulf the entire design, casting “Sail” tints across its tumbled leather overlays and an ever-so-light pistachio filling in the smooth leather base layer. Contrasting titular red is used sparingly throughout its tongue lining and logo while a brilliant violet adorns the laces, sock liner, heel, and collar panels in addition to the heel and collar panels. A rose gold Swoosh stretches down both sides of the silhouette in luxury manner before a loud assortment of flower imagery outfits the ankle’s secret foundation layer alongside its tread complemented by a semi-translucent outsole.

Summary
In short, the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Flower Bed” is a terrific sneaker to wear this spring and summer, not only for the colors, but also for the style. This Air Jordan shoe’s design is inspired of watercolor paintings and pastel drawings, making it both aesthetically beautiful and functional.
