The Nike Air Force 1 High doesn’t need an introduction, but in honor of its 40th birthday, it’s been in the spotlight for the last seven months.
It is simple while keeping quality and craftsmanship with minimal detail
Bruce Kilgore’s made-for-basketball silhouette recently came out as part of the “Inspected By” collection in a clean look that was mostly “White” and “Phantom.” The upcoming pair has a brown ankle strap and outsole, which has a semi-recycled build and may have been inspired by quality control procedures on the factory floor. The theme of the Air Force 1 is shown on the sock liners, just like it was on the Nike Blazer Mid.
The “Inspected By” series is nothing new for Nike, but pairing it with the Air Force 1 High isn’t what we expected for this release. Nothing out of the ordinary, just good taste, and the shoe appears to fit right in.
