As is common with Jordan Brand’s continuation of His Airness’ signature series, lighter, low-cut iterations join the market halfway through the lifespan of the original design. Recently obtained photographs show the second Air Jordan 37 Low, which is anchored by strong sampling of “Concord Blue.”
The shoe is more desirable and sturdy with a carbon fiber shank
The remainder of the top incorporates jet-black contrasts through its collar, heel, tongue structure, and carbon fiber shank below, extending a brightly-hued build with the latter colors included over its leather overlays and woven mesh sections. Lining the pitch-dark tongue in its signature blue, laces and rear pull tabs inscribed in cursive with MJ’s name return to the traditional color-blocking, while the sock liner and semi-translucent heel counter accentuate the murky aesthetic set forth with rare samples of “Arctic Orange.”
This Air Jordan 37 Low will most likely be appreciated by sneakerheads looking for a more modest colorway from the Air Jordan brand. The shoe’s combination of Concord Blue and Arctic Orange, as well as the parts that honor Michael Jordan, make it a nice low-top.
